Description

The painting "Scoma's at Fisherman's Wharf" was inspired by the actual restaurant that has been located in San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf area since 1965. Recently Scoma's Restaurant was entered into the SF Registry as a Legacy Business in part because the owners have been committed to maintaining it's original building structure and traditions over many decades. I enjoyed painting Scoma's from a different angle; one approaching from the pier and backside of the restaurant.
