Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You†to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

My visit to the Monterey Bay Aquarium continues to infuse my imagination... This handsome octopus crept his way into my sketchbook this evening as I pondered all the wonderful creatures that filled the aquarium. It's such an incredible world that lives beneath the waves.... these watery thoughts keep floating through my mind... Hmmm :) I love it when a theme invades my imagination like this and brews lovely little gems of creativity.
